I will never be able to say all that needs to be said about Rod Plumbing, and especially the tech, Eddie Cervantes! Had more than one leak in my slab and was quoted a bid 5x higher than what they came in at. They were so great and Eddie and crew were so kind to have stuck through 6 days of this when they scheduled for 3-4. Juan from ROD was exceptional.  Professional, never pushy, answered all my questions, helped me generate relevant options. I had the exact opposite experience with other plumbing companies while generating competitive quotes, they were more expensive, tried to talk me out of the option I ended up going with, and had several red flag business practices. They were not able to help me with my personal problem with my camper, but the receptionist was very nice and professional. I totally believe in word of mouth and believe in shopping the little man before the large company. This is what is needed to become bigger and to stay in service.
